Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods and is compliant with the South African Consumer Protection Act's exemption for goods that have been unsealed or accessed.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same order, email hello@aibrightmind.co.za with your PayFast confirmation and we'll refund the duplicate within 5 business days.
Technical issues
If a download link expires before you save your file, simply return to your confirmation email and use the link again — links can be re-issued automatically.
